Project:	Supplier Part Survey

Description:	Renegade staff designed, programmed, and managed all the data involved with a supplier survey initiative. Data collected, via a Microsoft Excel form, was uploaded into an Access database, organized, and exported to a data model. From the data model, the end client could determine “should” costs for similar parts. Armed with this information, the end client was better informed and could negotiate for lower prices on new parts similar to those in the survey or the identical parts surveyed when those individual contracts were up for bid.
